VisitMadrid is an independent guide with practical information for visitors. It is not an official website of Madrid City Council, the Community of Madrid, Madrid Destino/esMADRID or any club, venue or organiser mentioned.

2. Terms of use

Access is free and requires no registration. By using the site you accept this notice. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to damage, overload or disrupt it (for example through mass automated downloads).

3. Accuracy

We check our content carefully, but opening hours, prices, event dates and transport conditions change often. The events calendar is generated from official open data and may contain errors or last-minute changes. Always check the official website of the organiser, venue or service before buying tickets or travelling. The site operator accepts no liability for decisions based solely on this information.

4. Tickets and third-party services

VisitMadrid does not sell tickets and does not act as an intermediary for any tourism or accommodation service. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we do not control their content or terms.

5. Intellectual property

The original texts, design and structure of the site belong to the site operator. Event data comes from the sources listed on the sources page and is reused under their terms with attribution. Photos come from Wikimedia Commons under free licences, credited on each image and on the photo credits page. Trademarks and names of clubs, competitions and venues belong to their owners and are mentioned for information only.

6. Advertising

The site may display third-party advertising (Google AdSense) to fund itself. Advertising is identified as such. See the cookie policy and the privacy policy.

7. Applicable law

This notice is governed by Spanish law, in particular Law 34/2002 on information society services and e-commerce (LSSI-CE). The Spanish version prevails in case of discrepancy.
