Controller

What data we process

• If you email us: your address and the content of your message, only to reply. Kept as long as needed to handle your request and for one year at most.
• Server logs: IP address, date and time, requested page and browser, needed for security and operation. Kept for a short period (usually under 30 days) and not used to identify you.
• Advertising (Google AdSense): when ads are active, Google and its partners may use cookies and identifiers to serve and measure ads, personalised where you consent. More information: How Google uses information from sites that use its services.

The site has no user accounts, forms or comments and does not sell personal data.

Legal basis

Legitimate interest for server logs and security; your consent for non-essential cookies and personalised advertising; and handling your request when you write to us.

Recipients and transfers

Data is hosted on servers of a cloud infrastructure provider. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area under GDPR safeguards (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to dlobalzo@gmail.com. You can withdraw cookie consent at any time and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
